Brioche French Toast

Brioche French Toast

This recipe is a breakfast classic! There are a lot of ways to make french toast, but this one takes the cake! This fluffy, warm, golden french toast is sure to make breakfast the BEST meal of the day!

This french toast is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Soooo good! Feel free to add whatever toppings you have on hand:

  • Strawberries, rasberries, or blueberries
  • maple syrup
  • powdered suger (my personal favorite!)
  • whipped cream
  • peanut butter

When I was a kid, anytime my great aunt Babe would make french toast or pancakes she would always sprinkle powdered sugar on top using a sifter and say “It’s snowing!”. My sister and I absolutely loved it! Now I get to do that with my two kids and continue the tradition of making fun memories over breakfast. I hope your family enjoys this brioche french toast as much as mine did!
