Is there a healthier Chicken Salad option?
The answer is YES! As a person who has genetic high cholesterol, I am always looking for ways to take a recipe and make it a little healthier if at all possible. For this classic chicken salad, I would recommend using light mayo. You can also skip the mayo all together and only use the low-fat plain greek yogurt to achieve a healthier version of this chicken salad.
